AgCl(s) ⇌ Ag⁺(aq) + Cl⁻(aq)   Ksp = 1.6 × 10⁻¹⁰

Dilution when mixing:
Volume of the mixture solution = (0.200 + 0.800) L = 1.000 L
[Ag⁺] = (0.006 M) × (0.200/1.000) = 0.0012 M
[Cl⁻] = (0.040 M) × (0.800/1.000) = 0.032 M

Reaction quotient, Q = [Ag⁺] [Cl⁻] = (0.0012) × (0.032) = 3.84 × 10⁻⁵ > Ksp
Hence, precipitate of AgCl will form.
