Last year I had 8 on the phone sessions for needle phobia. Which helped a little. I feel my phobia is getting worse, every time I turn the TV on they are mentioning the COVID vaccine, which doesn’t help. I want to overcome this phobia so bad, I’ve had it since I was 6 and I’m 22 now. Will I be able to get more CBT or should I look at a different type of therapy?
A good question to ask your Therapist/Counselor/Psychologist/Psychiatrist. They know where you are in the treatments & where you should go next. Ask them for the advise, they know your story.
CBT programs consist of a particular number of sessions, so I imagine you've completed a program. I'll give you some thoughts about needle phobia that people say is helpful. This answer was rated Best, 5 Stars - https://in.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20191207073037AAqiSLD
