分詞使用或動名詞當受詞補語使用？

participle (grammar) a verbal adj qualifying noun(=the car)but retaining some properties of a verb.The adj of a participle is a participial adjective, eg:- having in car having.
eg:-The car, having a good seat, keep her sitting down enough to talk about !!!-------------a participle;

gerund is form of a verb  when used as a noun with the -ing form of an English verb when used as a noun (as in fond of talking in Ting Fong).------a gerund ,not the participle=having;
Or as complement of a phrase---eg:-the talking(gerund) of the car by her is talking about talking as a verbal gerund.

She is always talking about the car having a good fit.   
"the car having a good fit" 是動名詞片語,也是介詞"about"的受詞; "the car"是動名詞"having"的主詞(即動作的執行者).
在文法而言, 一般都把"having ..."看成受詞補語, 把要談論(talk about)車子的事提供完整的資料.
但如果"the car"用代名詞替代,一般正規文法都會採用所有格(possessive case): 
She always talks about its having a good fit.
