Due to the Houston freeze all of my fish in my 40 gallon aquarium  died. How would you suggest I clean and sanitize my aquarium?

Drain the water out of the aquarium fill it with fresh water and then drain it out again fill it up with fresh water put your chlorinator in it turn the filter on and let it set a couple of days you don't want to use any chemicals
