In the Bible, what are some examples of animals or humans that God instantly created and brought into existence (not via evolution)?

The Bible doesn't say anything about "how" God created them. It just says He created them. Science explains the process through which He did so.

Man is the only creature in the Bible directly created by God according to the Bible.
