Awww - people who are trying to help you plan your day were wrong? Imagine that. This being a litigious society, you can try but I sincerely doubt that it will stand up in count.

The USA [sic] weatherman could be held accountable for wrong forecasts if you can prove the weatherman had control over the outcomes.
