I know to clean it once a day and put neosporin on after that and then put a bandage on. But to prevent scarring and have it heal is it best to put a big or small bandage on? And should it be on tight which hurts or more loose so it heals?

If you want it to have the least scarring, you need to go to urgent care/ER.They will stitch it, bandage it, or glue it so that it's least likely to show.
Super glue can be used for a bandage but probably not on the face due to all the different muscles that you use.
