Biden doesn’t repeal things. Congress does. If they did, he probably would sign it.

Yes he should....................

It cut taxes across the board, actually. Also, it did not balloon the debt. Tax revenue collection INCREASED, for fact. This can also be thanked to Trump's even handed tariffs that were placed on China in response to China's tariffs on... basically everyone else.

I think he should do what he  thinks is right,  being he is the President of the United States.

Yes Biden should raise taxes for the super wealthy and big corporations and eliminate the passive write-offs for the ulta rich . Trump paid zero tax so there has to be a minimum tax for people who try to dodge their tax obligations . The tax bill of 2017 ballooned the debt without any significant trickle down . Eliminate this pronto .

Yes, but it has to be done in an orderly fashion.

I think that would take an act of Congress - Biden can't/won't do that alone.

He won't.  He knows the elites butter his bread.

The tax cuts went to everyone who actually pays taxes, sparky.  You didn't get a cut?  You don't pay taxes.

we will see.  raising taxes has the effect of cutting job growth and future pay raises -- check to see how the investments made by companies and the rich become new jobs and better equipment -- the economic discussion is widely available.  [btw, raising the minimum wage to $15 will have much the same effect.]
