How ti deal with difficult people?

So this happened a lot lately. When someone helps you with something and later starts to behave difficult towards you and when you react to that they will use their help and generosity against you trying to label you as Ungrateful. Can you relate to that? I find that very frustrating and I’m not sure how to respond to that?

Those are petty little people who are not happy in their own skin. They need to bring people down with them. Avoid those people, cut ties if there are ties. Just walk away before they can get nasty.
