Do I have a good reason to move?

So I live in an apartment that’s very nice. However I live right next to an elevator shaft that’s quite noisy. I hear it a lot and sometimes it wakes me up at night. Do you think that’s a good reason to find another apartment? What would you do about it?

You might try a white noise machine. For $25-35 you can see if that helps. Or I guess you can get a free phone app and try that. (I don't use a smartphone and got a machine when a neighbors dog barked for hours every night into my window.
Now it does not happen as much so I don't need it very much.
