Dubious videos aside, there's plenty of evidence for the existence of the Nephilim; Noah's Flood, for one; Plus all the other references in the Bible about the Nephilim and their evil remnant, who tried to prevent the Israelites from entering the Promised Land.

Son's of God are Angels. Son's of men and Daughter's of men are people in the flesh.
Some of the Son's of God left Heaven and came to earth and had offspring with the Daughter's of men. These offspring were a race of angelic half-breeds. They were giants. God destroyed them in the Flood.

No, the Bible does not mention human-angel hybrids. According to the Coptic Christians, the "sons of God" were simply human believers.
