How can a US citizen visit the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic or the Western Sahara region of Africa?

I know we are still in Quarantine but how can a US citizen visit the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic or the Western Sahara region of Africa.

You'd wait until travel restrictions are released then you'd book your ticket and go. You don't need a visa if you're staying for 90 days or less.
