Planing my career but don’t want to do a lot of work?

So I’m college educated with a bachelor in political science and struggle with finding a job. I want to get rich and successful but I don’t want to do a lot of work. My plan it so get a masters and perhaps another online degree paying someone else to do the work. I know there are online services for that. I have taken a free online course in online entrepreneurship and I’m going to set up a website or blog that can generate income. So I’m really into the idea of being my own boss and enjoy various sources of passive income. But I’ll also like to have some experience with a “normal job”. I think if i get a masters and pay someone to do the work for me I can easily get a lucrative well paid job without having to work hard for it. I may even get a new degree as well without having to do the work. I think it would be great to land a successful career where I can earn a lot of money, wear a suit and look successful without having to work for it. Do I have a good plan for my career? Or am I being irresponsible?

I don’t know about irresponsible, but I think probably unrealistic. If it were as easy as you seem to think it is, I would imagine a lot of people would be doing that. But I’ll be interested to hear how that works out for you. Please keep us posted.

You sound like the type of employee that we wind up firing in 18 months.

But if you start your own company you cannot be fired.  You can only lose money, go bankrupt and be forced to wash garbage trucks for $18.00 until you earn enough money to start another business.

So...start your own business.  Worst case scenario - You will wind up employing people for a couple of years and they will get job experience.

You sound like the Jewish kid at my wife's job. He is the assistant director of the facility and can't do **** because he had his wife do all his course work online. He ******* plays video games all day and never comes to help when required.

Your plan is flawed and you can't see it. That is the problem with today's youth.
