Why don't long videos play?

I installed Windows 10 on an 11 year old PC. On You Tube, only shorter videos play well. Longer videos like movies, are extremely laggy. It's not a connection problem, since there are no such problems on any of my other devices.

you run out of RAM.5 years is the lifespan of a PC. put it out to pasture. without Win10 drivers, it is less than garbage.
