What should I think about this?

We met last March and dated a couple months. We were intimate after a month. About 2 months in I asked where he would see us going relationship wise. He said he saw potential for a relationship, but Starting that night we didn’t have sex. However kept seeing each other. A couple months later I began getting frustrated and asked what was going on and if we are only seeing each other as friends? He again said there is a chance for more but he does not know what he wants. Said he is comfortable with me and likes being with me. We didn’t talk for 3 months after that conversation. Then right before Christmas he text and said I had crossed his mind. We text that day. On Christmas he text me Merry Christmas and since then we’ve text everyday. I’ve seen him twice. Hanging out and dinner at his house. Sunday I was over and he walked around the house shirtless and with very thin house pants on and no underwear. About 10pm I said I would leave and he said “no you’re ok” so I stayed and about 1am, he said you’re getting sleepy, are you going to go home? So I said yes I would. He never offered me to stay. I left a little annoyed and when he text later to see if I made it home, I was short with him. Then he text me GM the next day and again I was short. I haven’t heard from him today. I just don’t know why he continues with me if he doesn’t want a relationship like I do. What should I think of do?
