As for the slow-writing issue, he told me sometime it's due to fatigue( after a long day of studying), and sometimes it's because he couldn't figure it out. Aside from finishing homework and reviewing by schedule, is there anything else he can do to improve himself? I'm open to any suggestion.

Thank you for our teacher's letting me know his class-teaching technic and the situation and also about the slow writing problem.  He said that sometimes he did not want to write was perhaps due to a little tired and laziness, or sometimes he could not figure out how to write in Chinese/English Languages. In addition to the reviewing by schedule and from finishing homework, the teacher wants any suggestion he can do to improve the teaching work and situation on behalf of the students beneficial and useful effect requested.

I have no idea about his study in class. Thanks for your notification. As for writing slowly, he tells me that he doesn't want to write the homework due to being a little bit tired or can't do it. would you have any suggestion to improve this situation after reviewing and completing the homework?
