Ouch! Rip my heart out, why don't you? That's a tough question. If I had to choose the most emotionally moving game, I would most likely go for "Life is Strange". I'm a guy, and I'm not afraid of my emotions, but it's rare for me to react so powerfully to a game. "Life is Strange" made me cry on so many occasions! GOD, what a beautiful game! So, emotionally speaking, that's definitely on the top in my list.

Gameplay wise, I could go to one of the more renowned games, like the Mass Effect series, Fallout series (I'm actually playing Fallout 4, as we speak, with over 245 hours in), Assassin's Creed series, Dragon Age series, even Divinity series (especially the Dragon Knight Saga) but I'm going to choose a much rarer gem, one that I really feel is underrated: "Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning". It's been a few years since I've last played it, took me 200 hours to complete it 100%, like do literally everything I could do in that game, but I absolutely loved every moment of it. I particularly found the characters to be very beautiful, actually. I still remember Alyn Shir. Look her up ;)

Final Fantasy X is my fave.

Divinity Original Sins series -- Refined and delicately made. A leader in the fantasy turn-based rpg game genre.

Mount & Blade series (preferably Bannerlord) -- Good for medieval history and warfare lovers. Very high replayability.

Noita -- Charming action roguelike in which you play as a wizard with numerous spells as well as customization of wands.
