NO!!!! He has had his go at being Prime Minister. He tried to keep the UK in Europe(EC) and held a Referendum to that effect. It 'Back-fired' on him.
Yes The UK has had Prime Ministers, who have done the job more than once, notably, William Ewart Gladstone ( 4 times) in the Victorian Age, and Winston Leonard Spencer Churchill ( twice) , during the Second World War and again between 1951 & 1955.
In my opinion they both more capable men than David Cameron.

Ashamed to say I did vote for him, but my politics have changed now and I wouldn't vote Conservative again.
