Should I drink my 8 daily glasses of water spaced out throughout the day, or is it fine to drink a bunch of it at once?

I like to drink 4 glasses of water when I wake up in the morning, just so I don't have to worry about falling behind on my water intake for the day. Is this less beneficial?

No, you will pee it all out in an hour. Space it out.

It depends.  If you will be sweating from heat or exercise, you should not wait too long to drink.  If you are thirsty, you should not wait to drink.  If your urine is dark, you should not wait to drink.

Water is not the only liquid that counts; other liquids and foods can also count towards your water intake.  Read the post linked below for more information.

I fill up a 33 ounce cup twice a day, and just sip it like that throughout. I can't stomach drinking a lot of water at once, that would make me nauseous as hell. I start drinking water right after my coffee, at around 10am, and stop at around 6-7pm or so. So you can get a water cup/jug and fill it once or twice, depending on the size, and just sip on it through the day.

No!! SPACE IT OUT. You have to drink 8 glasses of water in a day but its not fine to bunch it. Water intake should be in a slow manner and should be drink while sitting. Set up a routine of drinking water, like first glass in the morning when you wake up, second after one hour of taking your breakfast and so on. Setting up a Water drinking routine will also helps you in keeping you fit. It results in no health problems at all. You will feel fresh and healthy just by drinking proper amount of water in a proper gap of having it.
