owning a cleaning company that was recently reregistered with the state should as a s corp or keep it as a disregarded entity? is that answer depended on the gross income? I will be hiring about 2 more employees and i will also be doing the work myself. First year earnings are around 20k.

If all the business makes is 20k, there's no reason to go to the added expense of a S corp.  You'll already have to do payroll reports if you have employees, but if you're a S Corp, you will have to put yourself on payroll too.  The S corp also has to file a separate income tax return which will add to your accounting costs. You can always choose to be taxed as a S Corp later if the income supports that decision.  You should discuss this with your accountant before you make a choice.
