Its stockholders own Facebook, just like every other corporation.  Mr. Z is the largest stockholder in Facebook, owning about 30% of its class A shares, for a personal net worth of approximately $90 billion (that’s enough to give each and every person in the United States a cool $275 if he were to do the humane by shutting down that evil enterprise). 

Mikel ?    should probably be awarded best answer here. with the effort to catagorize shares etc regard FB trading at about $267 a share close to its all time high from about 90 five years ago. All making Mk a very rich man  on paper, paper that is very exchangeable in the world.
