I filed my taxes last year in January, but I never got my tax refund. Why?
Every time I searched for it on “where’s my refund?” It said that I never filed them. But I did file them. Wtf is going on? I can’t even get ahold of the IRS. Now I’m not getting a stimulus check!

Did you get a text message or email from the IRS acknowledging receipt of your taxes? If not, there might of been a problem with the electronic filing.
How did you file? If you filed a paper return, 'where's my refund' will not have a record of you. That is why, when you file on paper, you are always advised to send registered mail return receipt requested.
Maybe they didn't get whatever you filed. Try sending it again.
Why did you wait a year to check up on this? The IRS is very busy right now, so you're going to be on hold a long time.
You could try mailing them a printed copy of the return you filed, along with a note describing their error and a printout of the confirmation email.
As for the stimulus, you'll get it when you file your 2020 taxes.
