Can my venison meat that turned brown, be okay in jerkey?
I went and thawed out my venison and it was in the fridge for about 2 days and I was getting ready to put it in marinade when it’s gone brown but since I’m dehydrating it will it still be okay?

sure.
The color change is due to exposure to air. (oxidation)
As long as it was stored properly it should be fine.
If you notice any areas that have turned white or gray this is probably freezer burn. Cut those areas off.
If it feels unusually slimy however or has an off odor I would toss it.
should be, just oxidization. do the sniff test. if any question, toss it.
Oh yes! It's fine. That's what red meat does after it's been cut awhile. Nothing bad about it really
Use it provided it does not smell. To be certain make sure you cook it through thoroughly. Perhaps give a few extra minutes cooking than normal, but this is purely precautionary.
Sniff test. It went brown from Air getting into the package. If it smells fine, use it.
