The person who wrote that Japan address is either not a Japanese or is a Japanese trying to write the address in US style.  I take it that you have received mail from that address, or was given that address to send something to Japan. I suggest that you  not use all cap letters, only capitalize first letter in each word. That address is strange, because the word  Misuashi seems to be a town name because of the shi in it. I suggest that you send a simple letter to the address as written asking them to write the address in English but in Japanese style, but not in the Japanese language. I lived in Japan for years and that is the strangest Japan address that I have ever seen.

You don't need to know what the rest is, just make sure you copy the address as it is and make sure it says JAPAN on it too, maybe replace JP with JAPAN to avoid any confusion, that's it you can ship it like that, once the parcel arrives in Japan their postal team will know where to take it.
