He was/You were沒有縮寫,避免與He is/You are混淆,請問be動詞還有其他不可縮寫的的嗎?

He was/You were has no abbreviations to avoid confusion with He is/You are, Is there anything else that can't be abbreviated for the "to be" ?
There is no confusion for "be" as a helping verb for any abbreviation.
The past tense singular
(1)He was
(2)plural--You were.
The present tense singular
(3)He is
(4)plural--You are, where you're is the only abbreviation found.

The following should be noted:-eg:-
past participle--been
present participle--being
negative abbreviation forms---aren't,  isn't,  wasn't,  weren't.
eg:-  weren't---We weren't leaving TW tomorrow.
