How fast are coronavirus vaccine becoming available to how many (more) other people are coming-waiting to be vaccinated?

I'm in Canada, we're supposed to get vaccines at the end of December. 
The Phiser vaccine is 95 percent effective, I don't remember how effective the others are. Also the only one I know of the side affects is the Phizer vaccine. As for how safe it is, I don't think any one knows that yet. 
They're going to start vaccinating people in long term care centers and hospitals. Then they will start with seniors and people that are immune compromised. 
It may take a few months for social distancing and mask wearing to go away. A good percentage of the population should be vaccinated before they start reducing restrictions. In my area they're saying that people who don't get the vaccine, will still face restrictions like not being able to travel or go to movie theaters, or other places where close contact takes place. 

I'm in USA and we are supposed to have a vaccine between December-January. Stay safe. 

Vaccinations started today in the UK. No one can answer your other questions as the situation is unprecedented. We will learn about it's overall effect as time goes by.

In Britain the first vaccines were issued today outside clinical trials. It will take many months to get back to normal because the first on the list are the sort of people that put strain on the hospitals. People who would be likely to survive covid don't ever need to go to hospital and can fight it off on their own, so it makes sense to leave them to last, so for many months people will still get it and fall sick for a couple of weeks. The main aim for now is to empty the hospitals and stop deaths.
