How do you tell if you’re funny or just annoying ?

tell a joke to a crowd of strangers. if they geniunely laugh, then you're funny. if they don't laugh or give you a forced chuckle, then you're not funny.

If you are turning others off constantly it’s not a good sign

Do ppl laugh with you or at you?

Then it becomes redundant.
