Let x g be the mass of Fe in the mixture, and y g be the mass of Al in the mixture.

Mass of the mixture of chlorides:
x * (162.21/55.85) + y * (133.35/26.98) = 5.95
2.9044x + 4.9426y = 5.95 …… [1]

Mass of the mixture of oxides:
x * [159.69 / (55.85 * 2)] + y * [101.96 / (26.98 * 2)] = 2.62
1.4296x + 1.8995y = 2.62 …… [2]

1.4296*[1] - 2.9044*[2]:
1.5490y = 0.89659

4.9426*[2] - 1.8995*[1]:
