關於公文的間接語氣與直接語氣?

(1)Why is it a direct tone?
Answer:-your Honor=your adj=belonging to, relating to you=often indicating polite and interested , as is claimed from he/she to Your Honor.

(2)This should be an indirect tone --ANSWER:-not directly aimed at you; not straight or direct;, not straight to the point to make an indirect reference to somebody else; do not mentioning your name;has an indirect answer to your question=to him in eg:-Give him the  Chinese Letter and Money

(3)You don't know how to separate the two:-eg:-
Indirect object, or person is secondarily affected by the verb and replaceable by "to+object"=to him in "Give him the Chinese Letter and the Money ,not your Honor"=not you.
----Direct adj =going straight to the point to you;=a direct speech,the speaker's actual words eg:-Your uncle has a direct way of addressing you in a Chinese Letter. He made a direct answer to saluting Your Honor.
