Sometimes my post (the screw) in my gum feels loose very little but sometimes it doesn’t feel loose at all

The bone should have full grown around the post. Unless this didn't happen or your had bone deterioration, the post won't loosen.
It's also possible that the glue for the crown is deteriorating which could make it wiggle and the surrounding teeth feel it slightly shift.
