Dental Tooth implant ?

Sometimes my implant the post part feels loose but other times it doesn’t  like if I push my tongue against my gum I can feel something move when I touch my gum my dentist said it’s probably just the gum tissue I’m feeling it doesn’t hurt it’s not swollen at all I had my last surgery 3 months ago should I be worried
