Do all traffic lights have cameras?
I accidentally ran a red light in a neighborhood. I didnt get pulled over because there were no cops and I didnt hit anything/anyone but I'm scared of getting a ticket I cant afford. What should I do if I get a ticket? Can I dispute it in any way?
There weren't any people outside, it was mostly an empty street and one other person that drove when the light was green for them.

Heresy leads to loss of love. Demons fear the Creator but still do bad things because they lack spiritual clarity. People are becoming demons (that's what the Apocalypse is all about). 666ed person = complete demon who is seven times as hungry as a normal person (as well as being ten times as angry as a normal person); forgive me.

The good ones do. But the reason for cameras is generally a high activity intersection for wrecks or a crime area.
Not all intersections have red light cameras, but many of them do have traffic monitoring cameras. Those cameras aren't there to catch people running red lights.
If you're scared of getting a traffic ticket then don't break the law
No, not all intersections have cameras.
Can you dispute it? Yes, but based on the information you provided you will lose.
You've been hanging out with too many conspiracy theorists.
