Why did God create evil, why did God create satan?

God does things his ways, and he needs no advice or instruction.


Where there is construction, there is also the capacity for destruction. 


God manipulates good and evil forces in order to obtain his divine purposes for HIS creation. Sometimes he has to exercise adversity for some stubborn hard headed fools like Pharaoh and Saul. Not everyone responds to Gods love. He destroys those who refuse repentance.


God didnt want Adam to know about good (blessings) and evil (curses) forces. God alone reserves the right to manipulate these. He wanted Adam to come to him with his problems and let him solve them. Thats why he told Adam TO LEAVE THAT TREE ALONE.


Isaiah 45:9-12 — “What sorrow awaits those who argue with their Creator. Does a clay pot argue with its maker? Does the clay dispute with the one who shapes it, saying, ‘Stop, you’re doing it wrong!’ Does the pot exclaim, ‘How clumsy can you be?’ How terrible it would be if a newborn baby said to its father, 'Why was I born?’ or if it said to its mother,
‘Why did you make me this way?’” This is what the LORD says—the Holy One of Israel and your Creator: “Do you question what I do for my children?

God created Lucifer, his closest most trusted cherub. Lucifer soon began seeking worship from the other angels, so God ejected him from heaven and renamed him Satan.

22. Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:

23. All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.


Jeremiah Chapter 17

10. I the LORD search the heart, [I] try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, [and] according to the fruit of his doings.

God did not create evil or Satan. All of God’s creations that were created with a mind were created with free will, which allows them to make choices. Satan is described as a beautiful angel who desired what God has, so he rebelled against God and deceived the first woman God created, to disobey God. When he was cast out of heaven, other angels followed him. 
God chose to create us with free will. We can choose to be dishonest, cheat and kill or choose to be meek, loving and kind as Jesus was. It’s our choice!  Satan even tempted Jesus, but was unsuccessful. There are people on the earth today who choose to worship Satan instead of God. He is a very powerful spirit creature who does not care about humans. Satan created evil and is described in the Bible, ‘like a roaring lion seeking to devour someone,’ 1 Peter 5:8

He didn't. He created Lucifer, a magnificent angel of light. Lucifer decided to lead a rebellion against God, and in so doing, he created sin, and suffered the consequences of sin, being rejected from Heaven and becoming Satan.

He likes a good fight.

God did not create evil... God created Angels, Adam and Eva and gave them the free will... Satan is ex angel who started a war against God... the people created evil

I can agree with you concerning Satan but disagree with you on why God created him, Satan was not created evil, he just gave in to it, he became evil, just for kicks and giggles, why do you think God created evil, did He created good also? perhaps good and evil are just things or a force that has always existed just like God, surely you don't believe God has been sitting around for all eternity just humming to Himself, God is not all that's always been, just as the space He occupies, He has to exist IN something plus whatever else was IN the something He exist in must have other influential forces, by the way, good and evil didn't have it's beginning in that tree Adam ate from, for God said after Adam ate, behold, man has NOW become like one of US, it just wasn't meant for Adam to eat, he lost that protection he had when he did eat, another point has to do with free will and why the tree was there to begin with, God didn't make man a robot or a hard drive and program him to only do what He desired, he gave man this choice, choose between good and evil, it's that choice that proves man was made in His image after His likeness, the problem started after Adam chose evil, the evil being going against God's command, are we any different? The evil that God is blamed for only appears evil but in reality it's good because God only works what is good, giving man free will is good, disobeying God's commandments is EVIL.

If good is to be understood, there should be opposite of good and that is evil,. our minds can understand that way only

Satan was a angel in heaven. He decided he wanted to be God and began thinking evil thoughts. Thus evil took over and he was thrown out of heaven onto the earth where he roams looking for trouble.
