行車紀錄器3.7v鋰電池?

問一個蠢問題~~
我的行車紀錄器（marbella）3.7v，電池好鼓包了，換了一個手機用的鋰電池（3.7v）的，雖然電壓相同，就是開不了機，是不是電流的問題，請大大解惑，感謝

Because either the terminals are not connected with the device, or the device has been damaged.
