A long story short. my sister and I bought our mom's house.  My sister had money troubles, and I ended up paying most of the bills.  After our mom passed, which was right before the financial drop, and we lost $20,000 in value.  I thought we still owed our mom and so owe our siblings about $2,600 each.  But when we refinanced, we gave our mom $7,500 cash, and paid off $5,000 in her credit cards.  The amount was not taken off the what we owe our mom, which transferred to our siblings. So instead of owing them $2,600 each we only owed them about $900 each.  I only realized this 2 yrs ago.  Which about $1300 was paid before we found out.  My sister who bought the house with me, wanted all her money she out into the house back. I told her we have no money in the house. The house was now worth less then what we owed on the mortgage.  So she sued me, and that's when we found out about we never took off the $12000 we gave our mom when she was alive. Needless to say, I was out of work and getting deeper in debt. Add to this the $7,000 I paid for a lawyer, and losing 5 properties I was in debt well over 300,000. While making about $20,000.  So I had to file for Bankruptcy and included all my debt including what I thought I owed our siblings. mainly because 2 of the 3
siblings were helping my sister to sue me.  So I already paid more then I owed them about $400 more.  But one sister keeps bring that I still owed them $1000.  Legally and morally I do not have to pay them anymore money

You go by what the bankruptcy court rules.  Next time actually ask a question.
