Why do you love baking?

A way to create something new. 
It is an outlet, a form of therapy
I volunteer / bake for a Hospice and I get a lot of satisfaction that staff, family and patients can have a little treat. (this has been on hold for quite a while..thanks to COVID 19)
I like to have guests and cooking and baking a full menu with everything linked is fun.. 

Baking is like an art.If you learn baking, it will give you happiness and courage

I have a sweet tooth and love baking and making sweet treats for friends. I make these really delicious healthy vegan cupcakes and you would never even know that they are 1) healthy or 2) vegan. I’m not a vegan but I made it for my friend who is and she kept questioning if it was truly vegan, I showed her the ingredients and she was so impressed. I love baking also because I can play music and get a little messy and make some good food, have a good time 🙂

because it is something to do 

no  i have no emotional  response of " LOVE "  to baking  i do the action as a process of food preparation

Baking is an art, just like painting, singing or dancing. Well, not just baking, cooking in general. You have to put soul and love in it.Because you bake for your loved ones not just for yourself. All deserts are delicious and by mixing some ingredients you get some work of art.

I think that it seems like magic, what you can get / achieve with a few ingredients and time in the oven.

Baking and cooking (baking more so) keep me focused for an extended period of time so anything that might be bothering me is pushed aside. 
The other part is that I have few creative talents as (I am a function over form kind of guy). so the process of cooking more than baking works a creative part of the brain that produces something worthwhile...which satisfies my functional brain.

preferably food , not to picky .

I don't. There is no one in my household to eat what I might bake. 
Too many watching their waistlines or their diabetes.
