Survey question: What is your favorite chicken dish?

probably chicken katsu. chicken katsu is basically like chicken fried steak but cut served with rice and katsu sauce. here in Hawaii we eat it with mac salad. 

i like chicken fried steak too with LOTS of gravy and rice. 

i don't care for fried chicken though idk why thats just how i am. i think it's the texture of the breading or something most places here make it soggy unlike chicken fried steak/chicken katsu it's more crispy. 

im tired of chicken though eat it so often and i work as a cook we cook chicken about 4 out of 7 days every week. matter of fact we had chicken yesterday on a salad and tomorrow night we have char siu chicken. today we also had chicken in a wrap. 

Step out of the  mundane routine, and splurge on Cornish hens.
Water chestnuts,/ brown rice/ celery/ seasonings and butter as the main ingredients....
Then glaze it with apricot jam and a tiny amount of soy sauce the last ten minutes.
A side of spiced Chinese fried green beans, mushrooms, or a green salad.
Try this with a chilled Prosecco wine.

Jamacian Jerk, Peri peri, or Tandoori chicken... thighs or wings are my favorite cuts to use. 

Chicken marsala.                           

I don't eat meat.

Followed by teriyaki chicken 

I'm equally crazy about fried chicken and chicken salad with almonds.

I like Jerk and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo.

A simple smoked chicken with barbecue sauce is my favorite.
