Will the Supreme Court be culpable of Americas decline if the do, or do not validate this past election?

It will not reach the US Supreme Court, that's another trump fantasy.

Darned if the do, darned if the don't.

Congress selects the president when the electoral votes are read in Congress in January.  Not before, and not by the Associated Press.  The timing of said validation and who made the claim will be forefront if such a case were to reach the Supremes.
