Do people who have the same mutual friends as you look at your Facebook page? Is that why they show up on your “People You May Know” list?

🤔 I was thinking the same thing. 

But then again, quite a few ppl have hit me up that I didnt know and never saw, saying my profile showed up as one of those 'people you may know.'

So no. 

It could be something you both have in common. Like location.

No Profile Views have nothing to do with them showing up in your People you may Know List
