No. If it's found that election was fraudulent (which it won't be), he will never be inaugurated, therefore will never be an illegitimate president.

No that would be Trump. He lost by 3 million. As such, the Electoral College betrayed the will of the people. In Democracies the person gets the most votes wins. So since he didn't and throw in all the Russian stuff, he's illegitimate. 
The History Books will write that Donald Trump is the only POTUS to lose the popular vote twice by millions. 3 million to Hillary and 5 million to Joe. This defines Trump as illegitimate. History may remove him from the President's list once his conversation will Putin are declassified.
