What’s wrong with me ?

For the past couple of years, it just feels like I never have any energy. No matter how much or how little sleep I get I always feel tired and drained, like something is missing. Even when I push myself to do things, to get up and clean or exercise, thinking it might help it never does. I just don’t know what’s wrong or even how to help myself.

Start drinking coffee to get yourself going (or caffeinated energy drinks).  Guess what, low energy is very, very, very common when you reach adulthood.  A doctor can have you do a CBC (complete blood count) but when it all comes back normal, you'll know that you are one of those many people who are fatigued all the time.

There are a few people with a high metabolism and they are high energy but look around you-it's not the norm.

I can't answer the question you asked but I can advise you . Break contact with the earth every time you do, you create energy It's kind of like creating a spark , every time you put a gap between you and the ground a silent spark is created . ENERGY . every time you break contact , every time there is a gap  the larger the gap the stronger the spark   . Energy, Boundless energy . don't expect the results over night , give it a chance . two weeks , just spark it up every day ,,,, charge it up .

There's a variety of illnesses that have fatigue as a symptom. Depression conveys a sense of fatigue. Only a doctor can diagnose. There are depression screening tests online, such as CESD R. Screening tests don't diagnose but they might shed some light on your situation.

It would be a really good idea for you to see your doctor about this. If the diagnosis is depression, there's a variety of things that can help and a big advantage to having a professional who knows how to use them. There are healthy lifestyle choices that enhance the results of the standard treatments with office visits. I have details in my answers and you're welcome to click on my name and read.

It sounds like you need a check up cos you could be lacking iron.

I knew a young guy who kept feeling tired and it turned out that it was a pill that he was taking. He was ok after that.
