No. There have been lots of pandemics in the last 2000 years, many worse than this one.

Read this....

Matthew 16:28 KJV — Verily I say unto you, There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.

Why would a thoroughly natural event like an epidemic be a "sign" of anything? It's just one of those things that happens from time to time in the biological world. And there have been many other epidemics ("plagues", as they were called in earlier times) throughout history.

No it is not.  Covid-19 doesn't have nearly the same mortality rate as the Black Death.

When Jesus answered his disciples question as to when He would return, He said that not even wars, famines and earthquakes would be 'the sign'. "All these are a BEGINNING of pangs of distress" Mt. 24:4-8. Such things have marked history, but worse will happen leading up to Jesus' return. Four additional signs to look out for - many false prophets, Christians being persecuted (even to death), wickedness increasing (commensurate with love decreasing), and the good news about Jesus preached world-wide "as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come" (vss 9-14).

In Revelation, the horsemen of the Apocalypse bring war, famine, plague death and Hades. Every century since Christ returned to Heaven has seen those things, but there will be a gathering of momentum just before He appears. It's a composite sign believers look out for, not just one thing at one time. So, keep your eyes peeled for all the other things happening simultaneously, and if you are part of those spreading the good news of Christ, you should be on the right side.

I hope he comes wearing a mask!

He's not even breathing hard, far as I know

Well does the bible not claim; the day of his coming is not known of man but only the father?  Who was it that was to come and did?  It was Titus, son of man, and his father Vespasian was then emperor (god), that is the whole meaning of that silly NT.
