my one month old puppy was crying loudly in the basement & my brother got angry then knocked over the basket he was laying in then proceeds to grab him & throw him up the stairs! Am i crazy or should i keep him far away from that monster?!

Your subconscious knows the answer, you just need your conscious mind to know the answer to. Of course you should keep the pup away, only way to go.
