Sounds like the cop is the one being stalked. Stalkers don't normally avoid contact with their victims, because avoiding someone makes it impossible to stalk them.

I'm not staking him but he could loose his job if I write on his fb he's stalking me cos his policeman mates could see it and report him and he's my brothers roommate so I do c him and he asked me out
