Urge your husband to invite her (and her spouse, if she's married) to your home for dinner, to invite her to join a family outing. Make her YOUR friend too, so you don't feel left out.
Making friends with people older than you, younger than you is a good thing, not a bad thing. The only think here to not like is that you're not being included. I'm not saying that you need to be included in every single interaction between your husband and this friend, only that you should get to know your husband's friends, make them feel that they are FAMILY friends and not just your husband's friends.
