The only vehicle that GM markets in the USA that is made in China is the Buick Envision. About 32000 units were imported and sold in the USA according to the New York Post in 2017. I am not sure of what has happened sense then.
That said- Henry Ford left GM when he was working for what became the Cadillac division because he felt the US motorist deserved better quality for their money. So not all of us are that uniformed.
By the way GM does assemble three or four of the most "American made products on the US market". Depending on if you count the models marketed under different brand names as being a separate model. The Jeep Cherokee tops the list followed by three Honda models before the first GM product shows up (the Corvette). That was for 2019.
