Who built the cages?

Except that the Obama administration built them to temporarily house UNATTENDED minors that tried to get into the country. He didn't use them to lock up children  involuntarily separated from their families in squalid conditions. 

Whoever built them, tRump is a hypocrite. Has he forgotten Melania worked here illegally upon arrival, and in porn no less? She could have at least flipped burgers at McDonalds.
