Do fruits and vegetables have the same amount of nutrition if they are not fully ripe or tasteless?
I've noticed since a lot of fruits/vegetables are being grown on a massive scale on "factory farms" they get to the store unripe and don't have much taste. I try to buy organic and from the local farms but they can't supply all I want through the winter. I don't mind too much the loss of flavor IF I'm still getting the benefit, but if there's no benefit AND no taste....seems pointless.

The nutrition is the same, but the taste is not.
the varieties of commercial veggies are often bred for sturdiness, NOT flavor. The nutrition is probably the same though.
