Run in compatibility mode or buy an updated version of game that is suitable for your OS and hardware. Or buy a cheap older machine and run it on that.

you can only play games that support Windows 10 on Windows 10.
that game was made for Windows 95 and DOS, neither of which exist anymore.
you might be able to play them on a Virtual Machine or in a DOSBOX setup, but if you don't know how, it would be best to stick to games that actually run on Windows 10.
or invest in a vintage Win95 PC.
