The major axis lies on y = 3 which is // x-axis.c = (-6) - (-9) = 3
a = 14/2 = 7
a² = 49
b² = a² - c²
b² = 49 - 3²
b² = 40
Equation of the ellipse in standard form:
[(x + 9)²/49] + [(y - 3)²/40] = 1
